This paper is a short summary of the results of a research study conducted about the effect of a community mobilization program to prevent violence against women and girls in La Vallée, Haiti called the Rethinking Power program of Beyond Borders/ Depase Fwontyè yo. Rethinking Power implemented programming in La Vallée by from 2017-2021, a period that also included challenges such as COVID-19 and a political, economic and social crisis in Haiti.
