This document features the Commission Nationale de Vérité et de Justice, created between September 1991 and October 1994. For a time, this document was quite rare and had seemingly been hidden away from the moment of its release. The commission exposes the systemic violence faced by the Haitian population and the secrets kept by certain corrupt politicians. This commission provides an added historical context to Haitian politics and reveals the global efforts to suppress the country in its goals to seek justice for the decades of violence and political instability.
